On December 20th.2009 we picks up Maria and her parties for a 3 days tour soft adventuring in the north of Thailand.
Day 1 Chiangmai -> Thaton -> Chiangrai. The journey started in the morning from Chiangmai where we drove to Thaton. A short break for resting or a cup of coffee and an opportunity to visit Hmong Hill tribe Village on route then on to a small peaceful town Thaton. After lunch provided at a local restaurant then hop on the long tailed boat and cruise along the quiet Kok River, enjoy seeing the beautiful scenery on both side of the river bank and also a short visit to small Lahu Hill tribe Village and Hot Spring has been made then continued towards Chiangrai. Arrived Chiangrai boat pier at around 6.00 pm. Get off boat and proceeding to hotel. Over night at Chiangrai
Day 2 Chiangrai -> Long Neck -> Maesai -> Golden Triangle -> Chiangkhong After breakfast then leave Chiangrai and start to visit the Long Neck Karen / Ah-ka / Lahu and Yao etc. Depart hill tribe village for Doi Tung and Maesai (Burma Border) for an opportunity for sight seeing or shopping then went off for lunch with a perfect environment for family. Once lunch was over, relax for a while then we continued to the world famous Golden Triangle, enjoy viewing the scenery of Burma and Laos countries. Sight seeing around for a while, then again drove on the country road along Maekhong River passed through many villages and rural life heading to Chiangkhong where well accommodate at the hotel located on the bank of Maekhong River.
Day 3 Chiangkhong -> White Temple -> Payao - > Chiangmai We got up early for an opportunity for a fantastic moment of breakfast while watching the beautiful scenery of Maekhong River during sunrise over the mountain on the Laos side. After that we prepare to set off and move back to Chiangmai. On the way back, a stop has been made at White Temple (Wat Rong Khun) > Payao > Hot spring and got back safely to Chiangmai at around 7.00 pm
